目前，主要由我来邀请那些在海外生活的华人朋友，进行深度访谈。我们聊的不只是成长，还有那些绕来绕去才明白的心事。我们不完美，但我们愿意一直练习成为自己。
我们不是专家，也不打算教你怎么过人生，但我们希望，在你某个孤单、迷惘，或者开心得想分享的时刻，能刚好陪着你。
未来的节目里，Coco也会不定期回归，和我们像老朋友一样聊聊天。

Hello and welcome to Liang Jing Jing (Sparkle). I'm Yi.
This podcast was created by me and my dear friend, Coco. I'm based in San Francisco, while she's in New York. We're both art students who share the belief that life isn't meant to be lived in just one way.
For now, I'm the primary host, inviting fellow individuals who speak Mandarin living overseas for heartfelt conversations. We talk not just about growth, but about the winding paths of the heart—the things you only come to understand after much wandering. We're not perfect, but we are devoted to the practice of becoming ourselves. We're not experts, and we have no intention of telling you how to live. Our hope is simply to be a companion for you—whether you're feeling lonely, lost, or bursting with a joy you wish to share.
In the future, Coco will drop in periodically to catch up, just like old friends do.
